Shipping for international customers is sent via FedEx International Courier or NZPost. Customers are advised to contact the appropriate authority with regards to import duties on products for personal use. If taxes apply this is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping for domestic customers is done through Post Haste Couriers with a flat fee of $5.95 for suburban and $10 for Rural delivery.
Delivery timeframes are estimated and not absolute, if your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, contact the relevant company about your parcel for more information.
If you have not received your order within 14 week days of the purchase date, please contact us to check the status of your order.
Merino is not obligated to accept returns except when where the basis of return is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act in New Zealand. Please carefully check your order before completing the purchase as we will not accept returns due to an ordering error, or if you have simply changed your mind.
If you think you are eligible for an exchange please contact us before sending the order back to us as it may get denied and sent back to you. On all returns a proof of purchase must be provided to get an exchange or refund with the product unopened and packaging undamaged.
Refunds claims on damaged goods or shortage must be made within 7 days of the product being received.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Peter Hallifax Ltd, the supplier of Merino Skincare products. In the event that goods sold are not of an acceptable quality or are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or a refund you for the product.
