A brief History

Production of Merino Lanolin Skin Care products began in Whangamata, New Zealand, in 1980. As a small family company, we have a lot to be proud of. Now based in Christchurch, New Zealand, Merino has grown from a small family business to now selling through Pharmacies, Tourist & Gift stores and Health shops all over New Zealand and is exported to major markets around the world.

Developed by New Zealand Pharmaceutical Chemist, the late Mr. Chris J. Martin MPS, Merino Skincare is now owned & operated by a passionate and dedicated Merino team within Peter Hallifax Ltd.
